the title of my entry serves no purpose at all to what I'm going to write about. So better get your mind off the gutter.
Nico came to give us a so-called seminar last monday on IR to help us on super hard debating motion that requires really hard info background. He was a good speaker [syempre president ba naman ng UP debate society?!]. He gave us a very brief background on IR [i dunno if you can call an hour and a half brief.haha]. I got the tiny bits of fraction that I can grasp from his talk but the other parts was simply too hard to capture. I got lost along the way when he brought up the difference of Liberalism Realism chorva ek-ek.haha.
I'm on the verge of a fashion meltdown. To stay or not to stay?
UPCAT is so near! We even had doodle on the borad like: "UP is the place to be!" and "asa ka pa!" couretsy of one Ms. Agbayani.haha.
good luck on UPCAT. If it's for you then it's for you, so don't feel bad if you don't make it on the list:)

bossa n' marley
I'm heavily infused by the sultry sound of bossa music. ahh.
Makes me feel like I'm on the shores of Brazil, drininking a glass of dry martini with the band playing sounds a far. With the beat of the plucking bass is the crashing ablzaes of the brazilian waves. Bossa n' Marley is what's keeping me sane amidst the piles of homework still plushed on ny desk.
Thank God for Bob Marley and Brazilian-slash-Latino infused music. Hail ye!

this is my weekend.
it's part of the hellish lifestyle I am trying to live with.
take note: this is my checklist during an ordinary first quarter week. Where's the social ek-ek in that? dear, It's hard to say if my social life is still existent. I barely have time to relax and get some proper sleep, let alone have a night of part-y. I miss being with mooch on breaks without worryng over a thirty item test. ugh. But I'm currently under the process of regaining my previous life. The one where I can sleep eight hours a day, eat a decent breakfast [void of fastfood calories], doing unusual morning rituals I have to forsake since fourth year life requires me to be at school earlier than expected, dancing ballet after classes, and to down right blogging every day. I used to blog everyday when I was a junior, but now since time is of the essence, I've cut it down to free weekends to pave way for assignments and test.
*sigh*
copycats are so over rated!

soak up the memories
the rain brings forth so many memories. ugh. I hate reminiscing. It makes me feel sick and knee winded. *sigh*
oh well. no classes today because of heavy rain and gloria's lousy SONA. Why is everyone so adept on listening to her speech full of promises and delegations on trivial matters when we all know that it will never happen. I think that it's a total waste of sufficient energy.
I did some studying for the UPCAT today. Pretty boring if you ask me, I'd rather go and read my latest issue of Preview than indulge in my reviewers but of course I have no choice since it's mandatory. I took my refresher course in ISO 6 last Sunday and saw everyone yet again. The gremlins were there, the superficial bitches, those not-so-nice-people I really don't want to see again, Carson look-alike and of course my friends. Mister Arrogant is also there looking not-so-hot. He changed his hair to baldie version and I didn't like it. Not one bit. It loooked like he was some NPA recruiter lost in the city.haha.
Remember Aki's sixth birthday? (actually sixteenth birthday.haha) I stole some shots from ekha's multiply and here they are...

let me feel loose
i hate feeling useless...
*sigh*don't you just hate rowdy freshmen. i do. super gulo when it comes to passing the corridors and other stuffs. i know that i don't have the right to say this 'apprehending statement' since "sampid" lang ako sa floor nila but it's getting irritating.
periods were shortened today to pave way for the SEG and PALIHAN meeting. PALIHAN tomorrow! I'll steal some photos from ekha's multiply site so I can post some of them up here. We tried hanging out at the new CAI lab this lunch break and did some not-so-important surfing the net. I'll be going to this institution for special children tomorrow for the outreach program in Pandacan. I hope I'll be allowed to bring my cam to take some shots.
Nothing too important happened today.

cross my fingers tight
today is tuesday and tuesday means...PHYSICS-REL-double TRIGO!bwaa! life is crzay.
It rained today. I was suppose to bring a jacket but I second guessed so I ended up sneezing my butt off after being reigned by rain. Tomorrow's gonna be the final screening for the idealite*sigh*. Aca's gonna be my partner[whopee!]. Reunited at last! I'll keep my fingers cross for tomorrow. I hope that the motion would be good and I'll last on the battlefield for the better part of the seven minutes without being broken down by initial perspiration caused by unpredicatble tension.

when everything is on S-A-L-E
fourth year is a shitty year. damn! so many assignments, super duper OC reports, piled up quizzes, the lite audition on monday and to top it all of there's the what-to-do-with-your-life decsion I have to make*sigh*HELP US GOD!
I took a break from that hellish lifestyle and went to Glorietta to watch the super NOT-HOT Brandon Routh in Superman Returns. No matter what people say [especially Meryll] Brandon Routh is NOT HOT. He's an untimely carbon copy of Christopher Reeves. The story is...okay, I'd still prefer Spiderman II in a heartbeat. After that I did some shitty shopping. Zara is on SALE[yahoo!] and so is MNG pero mukha talagang 168 ang MNG dahil sa dami ng tao. Mag-sale daw ba ng 70% off on ALL items! The store was swarming with people hoping to find a great pair of whatever classy over-all that's on an okay standard this season. I finally bought a number 10 Brazilian flip flop that's perfect fit to my napaka-liit na paa. The size was under the children's flip flop section[grabe! napaka-liit ng paa ko for it to be under the children's section]. Nakakahiya tuloy.haha.

glossy overahaul
freedom is sweet.haha. nothing important happened today except an orientation that would soon determine my future. Ateneo, DLSU-CSB, and St. Scho orienteneers dropped by to convince and "apprenhend" us. Ateneo would still remain as my top choice even though CSB's courses are one heck of a practical package. CEU, LETRAN, and other nakakatawa schools came to advertise themselves through-uhum-practical means. The LETRAN admission personnel even came with free goodies for us.
It's so hard to choose a college.
I just want things to be over with.
I know what courses I want, but the nagging feeling that I'm not within the standards of these certain schools is what kept brushing in my mind.
For once, I really want to raise whatever bar I've set my mind into.
